Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or deploying any software, licensing packages, or cloud workspaces provided by Noble Glitch ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not utilize our software.

2. Software Licensing & Ownership

Depending on your purchased tier, Noble Glitch grants you either a hosted operational license or permanent uncompiled source code ownership (Sovereign Buyout). You agree not to resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer proprietary licensing validation protocols.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our software is engineered for legitimate commercial business operations, logistics, dispatch, accounting reconciliation, and secure artificial intelligence workflows. You agree NOT to use our systems for:

Unlawful activities, cyberattacks, malware distribution, or unauthorized system access.
Violating third-party privacy rights or professional confidentiality standards (e.g., ABA Model Rule 1.6).
Bypassing cloud compute safety filters for malicious purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Noble Glitch software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Glitch, its engineers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your commercial use of the software or client data.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
